Rolando Crespo
MD
Dr. Rolando Crespo joins Family Medical Group as a General Medicine Physician with more than two decades of clinical experience, specializing in Primary and Preventive Care with particular expertise in geriatric and general adult populations.
A graduate of the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba — where he completed his medical degree between 1988 and 1994 — Dr. Crespo subsequently pursued his clinical internship at HIMA Hospital in Caguas, Puerto Rico, establishing the foundation of his career in American healthcare. Over the span of more than twenty years in active practice, he has cultivated a diverse and comprehensive skill set that spans General Medicine, Emergency Room care, Hospital Medicine services, Private Practice, and dedicated Home Visit medicine.
Dr. Crespo’s career reflects a commitment to meeting patients wherever they are — literally and clinically. His experience in emergency settings combined with extended tenures in community-based private practices in both Puerto Rico and Miami, has given him a broad perspective on the full spectrum of patient needs. He brings a particular sensitivity to the challenges faced by elderly and chronically ill patients, making him a trusted physician for families navigating complex, long-term care decisions.

Raymond Ruszkowski

Dr. Ruszkowski, a native of central New York State, graduated from Springfield College, MA, in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the National College of Chiropractic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, from 1996 to 1999, receiving an additional bachelor’s degree in human biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree. Upon arriving in Florida in 2000, Dr. Ruszkowski spent time with the University of Miami football program as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Licensed in Florida since 2000, Dr. Ruszkowski has successfully treated thousands of patients with conditions from acute injury to chronic pain syndromes. Dr. Ruszkowski is also a well-recognized expert in the field of medical necessity and medical billing/coding for personal injury protection cases. Dr. Ruszkowski emphasizes nutrition and fitness as a central component of chiropractic management. He has also successfully treated non-musculoskeletal conditions such as anxiety and depression with excellent results.

Elizabeth Águila Contreras was born in Sierra Morena, Cuba. From a young age, she developed a deep interest in healthcare and the well-being of others, which led her to study medicine. She studied for six years at the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara, where she earned her medical degree in 2014.
After graduating, Elizabeth began her career as a primary care physician, focusing on preventive healthcare and geriatric medicine. Her dedication to comprehensive care and commitment to improving patient outcomes quickly distinguished her among her peers.
In 2017, Elizabeth moved from Cuba to continue expanding her medical knowledge and professional experience. She pursued nursing studies and worked for five years as an intensive care nurse, gaining valuable hands-on experience in high-acuity settings. Her intensive care experience strengthened her skills in patient assessment, emergency response, and teamwork under pressure.
Currently, Elizabeth is a compassionate and dedicated family nurse practitioner, combining her extensive experience in medicine and nursing to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. With over two years of experience in critical care and primary care, she demonstrates expertise in patient management, medication safety, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and confidentiality practices.
