Dr. Rolando Crespo joins Family Medical Group as a General Medicine Physician with more than two decades of clinical experience, specializing in Primary and Preventive Care with particular expertise in geriatric and general adult populations.

A graduate of the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba — where he completed his medical degree between 1988 and 1994 — Dr. Crespo subsequently pursued his clinical internship at HIMA Hospital in Caguas, Puerto Rico, establishing the foundation of his career in American healthcare. Over the span of more than twenty years in active practice, he has cultivated a diverse and comprehensive skill set that spans General Medicine, Emergency Room care, Hospital Medicine services, Private Practice, and dedicated Home Visit medicine.

Dr. Crespo’s career reflects a commitment to meeting patients wherever they are — literally and clinically. His experience in emergency settings combined with extended tenures in community-based private practices in both Puerto Rico and Miami, has given him a broad perspective on the full spectrum of patient needs. He brings a particular sensitivity to the challenges faced by elderly and chronically ill patients, making him a trusted physician for families navigating complex, long-term care decisions.

Raymond Ruzskowski

Raymond Ruszkowski

Dr. Ruszkowski, a native of central New York State, graduated from Springfield College, MA, in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended the National College of Chiropractic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, from 1996 to 1999, receiving an additional bachelor’s degree in human biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree. Upon arriving in Florida in 2000, Dr. Ruszkowski spent time with the University of Miami football program as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Licensed in Florida since 2000, Dr. Ruszkowski has successfully treated thousands of patients with conditions from acute injury to chronic pain syndromes. Dr. Ruszkowski is also a well-recognized expert in the field of medical necessity and medical billing/coding for personal injury protection cases. Dr. Ruszkowski emphasizes nutrition and fitness as a central component of chiropractic management. He has also successfully treated non-musculoskeletal conditions such as anxiety and depression with excellent results.

Ancizar Gonzalez

With over a decade of expertise in Emergency and Family Medicine, Ancizar Gonzalez serves as a Physician’s Assistant. Additionally, he boasts three years of experience in Aesthetics and Wellness/Functional Medicine. Graduating in 2010 with a Master’s Degree in Physician Associate Studies, he contributed as an adjunct Professor for the Florida International University P.A. Program. Ancizar Gonzalez is an esteemed member of both the American Academy of Physician Associates and the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics.

Tamara Argilagos

Bringing over 23 years of medical experience, Tamara Argilagos is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background. Having accumulated fourteen years as a Physician in Cuba, four years as a Registered Nurse, and an additional four years as a Nurse Practitioner in South Florida, she brings comprehensive expertise in acute hospital and outpatient clinical settings, with proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EHR) documentation. Tamara’s overarching goal as a healthcare provider is to enhance patients’ quality of life through comprehensive medical care. This involves preventing, diagnosing, and treating illnesses, offering health advice to the public, managing chronic diseases, and staying abreast of technological and methodological advancements through continuous education.

Ms. Yuliet Gonzalez, C.C.P.A. has been a valuable team member of Family Medical for the past six years. A native of Cienfuegos, Cuba, Yuliet began her professional career with FMG as a licensed massage therapist and physical therapy assistant in 2017. Since that time, Yuliet has always provided the highest-level treatment to patients and consistently demands only the very best from herself and her team. In 2021, Ms. Gonzalez earned licensure as a certified chiropractic physician’s assistant (C.C.P.A.) and has worked closely with FMG’s chiropractic physicians to perform evaluations, assist with aspects of patient care, and to deliver the pinnacle of patient experiences. As a C.C.P.A., Yuliet supervises all FMG’s chiropractic assistants, encompassing six primary FMG locations in Miami-Dade County. FMG’s patient satisfaction and outcomes have never been higher, thanks to her management. Yuliet’s professional growth is credited to her unparalleled work ethic, professionalism, and mastery of various aspects of patient care. Iris M. Garcia

Dr. Iris Garcia was born in Managua, Nicaragua. She came to the United States when she was three years old. She was raised in Miami, Florida, but left the city to pursue a career in chiropractic. Being the youngest of six and an aunt of nine, she always loved caring for others. She studied at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Human Sciences Exercise Physiology. In 2010, she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where her passion for the profession grew immensely. She always knew she had deep roots in Miami, Florida, so she returned home to care for her community. ​​In her role as a chiropractic physician, she has contributed her expertise to numerous multi-disciplinary offices in South Florida. Over the course of the last thirteen years in practice, she has acquired the knowledge and experience necessary to assist patients in reclaiming their lives after experiencing traumatic events such as falls, work-related injuries, sports injuries, or automobile accidents. Dr. Garcia remains dedicated to practicing and actively working towards the well-being of her patients.

Amniellys Rodriguez, APRN, FNP-BC is a compassionate healthcare provider fluent in both English and Spanish. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2010 in Cuba, gaining a strong foundation in Family Medicine and Pediatrics through extensive clinical training and practice.

After moving to the United States, Amniellys advanced her career by obtaining a master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN). With a broad background in primary care and pediatrics, she is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life.

Elizabeth Águila Contreras

Elizabeth Águila Contreras was born in Sierra Morena, Cuba. From a young age, she developed a deep interest in healthcare and the well-being of others, which led her to study medicine. She studied for six years at the University of Medical Sciences of Villa Clara, where she earned her medical degree in 2014.

After graduating, Elizabeth began her career as a primary care physician, focusing on preventive healthcare and geriatric medicine. Her dedication to comprehensive care and commitment to improving patient outcomes quickly distinguished her among her peers.

In 2017, Elizabeth moved from Cuba to continue expanding her medical knowledge and professional experience. She pursued nursing studies and worked for five years as an intensive care nurse, gaining valuable hands-on experience in high-acuity settings. Her intensive care experience strengthened her skills in patient assessment, emergency response, and teamwork under pressure.

Currently, Elizabeth is a compassionate and dedicated family nurse practitioner, combining her extensive experience in medicine and nursing to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. With over two years of experience in critical care and primary care, she demonstrates expertise in patient management, medication safety, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and confidentiality practices.
